Consultation
We start with a consultation to review your needs. Then, we’ll talk directly to candidates on your behalf to determine the best match.
Meet Nannies
The Placement Coordinator reviews the candidates together with you, then the agency schedules your interviews.
Hire Your Nanny
After meeting with the selected Nannies, you choose who you wish to hire. We handle the rest.
The Placement Fee
We begin with a complimentary custom search, with no cost or obligation on your part. This includes assigning you a dedicated family coordinator who will oversee the search process, organize personal interviews, and guide you through the hiring process.
Once you’ve found the right fit and decide to hire, the placement fee becomes due. For part-time positions (30 hours per week or less), the placement fee is $6,495.
Payment is required before the nanny commences work in your home. Additionally, for your peace of mind, our program offers a 90-day replacement policy. Please be aware that the placement fees applies per hire.

Simply enter the estimated weekly hours and pay rate for your nanny and the form estimates your first year expense. To begin the custom search a $275 non-refundable search fee is due. Once you hire your part time nanny, the placement fee is due.
