Job Description
A loving family is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby girl. They are looking for someone who will create a nurturing, stimulating, and fun environment for their little one while focusing on key developmental milestones, early socialization, and letting their child experience the joys of play, especially outdoors. This role is ideal for a nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and wants to grow with the family as they welcome more children in the future.
The ideal nanny is fluent in both Spanish and English, has a joyful, kind, and compassionate approach. Background in Montessori is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for baby
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for baby, introducing new foods as she grows
- Teach good manners and plan social activities, including playdates with other babies
- Organize educational and fun activities that encourage exploration and outdoor play
- Perform childcare-related cleaning tasks such as washing the baby’s clothes, tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, and washing bottles
- Drive baby to and from various activities and appointments as needed
