What a Newborn Care Specialist Does

Schedule Options
- Daytime Care — Typically 7am to 7pm, or similar.

- 24-Hour Coverage — Teams of 2–3 NCSs rotating shifts.
Assignment Duration
Most families book a Newborn Care Specialist for 6–8 weeks. For care beyond that, we recommend transitioning to one of our trained Infant Nannies for ongoing support.
Program Fee & Rates
Agency Booking Fee: $595/month per NCS
Hourly Rate (paid directly to NCS)
Typically $40–$80/hour depending on experience and scope
Minimums: NCSs typically work 10–13 hour shifts.
Deposit: May be required to reserve availability.
Holiday Rates: May vary.
