Professional Nanny Placement
Our nanny services are tailored to your family’s needs because we hand-selecting reliable, professional nannies based on your schedule, duties, needs and pay package.

Placement Fee
A retainer of $275 is due to begin the search. Once you choose your new nanny and the job offer is accepted, a one-time placement fee is due before your new nanny begins work in the home:
Full-time (30+ hours per week): $6,995
Part-time (less than 30 hours per week): $6,495
For your peace of mind, Kensington Nanny offers a 90-day replacement policy. Kindly note that placement fees apply per hire.

Short-term Nannies
Our short-term Month-2-Month program offers the perfect solution for families who need someone temporarily.
With our Month-2-Month program, you receive unlimited nanny care services for a 30-day period. The best part? There is no contract with the Month-2-Month service. You can renew it monthly or cancel and come back later.
You may needs short-term care for: Summer break, business travel, to fill in while your nanny is on vacation, or just for a transitional period. This is the most flexible service you will find. And, this program ensures you have high-quality care without a long-term commitment.
And, every nanny in our program undergoes the same rigorous screening process, so you can trust that your family is matched with a reliable, dedicated nanny who meets your specific needs.

Short-term Rates
The unlimited care, Month-to-Month Program is $595 per month, per nanny (4-hour minimum).
The following hourly rates are paid to the nannies directly: 1 child, $30/hr, 2 children $32.50/hr, 3 children $35/hr, 4 children $40/hr. If there are more than four children, please contact us for a custom quote.
Date Night and Daily Babysitting
Kensington Nanny’s babysitting referral service is for families who live in or are visiting the Dallas-Fort Worth area that need a babysitter.

Our babysitting referral service provides loving care provided by the same professional private duty nannies whom we also place. Our experienced nannies care for all ages – newborn and up. With our babysitting service, enjoy some well-deserved “me time.” And, of course, all nannies are fully screened.
The booking fee is $65 per diem per nanny. 24-hours notice is requested to ensure availability. Nannies have a 4-hour minimum. The rates below are paid directly to the nanny:
