Housekeeper Job Requirements

To be considered for Kensington’s jobs in Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, and surrounding areas, you must meet these job requirements.

  • Must have 3 or more years of recent, verifiable Housekeeping experience (friends and family do not count). Particularly, your experience must be a set schedule and not house cleaning. 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a reliable car
  • Be drug-free
  • Able to swim
  • Have a stable work history
  • Speak excellent English – must read & write
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Have no criminal record
  • Be CPR & First Aid Certified (prior to beginning work in the home)

**Please note: If you have not worked as a Housekeeper for the last two years, then we cannot place you in a Housekeeper job, unfortunately.**
