Schedule

  • Live-in 6 days per week, for first 6 months. After, it will become 5-day live-in. Your work week will always include one weekend day. 
  • Live-in arrangements: private bedroom and ensuite bathroom within the family’s residence.
  • Travel Required: Occasional travel throughout the year, 2-3 weeks each trip, 3-4 trips per year. Domestic and international.
 

Job Description

First-time parents in a private neighborhood in Downtown Miami are seeking an experienced and professional Live-in Nanny to provide exceptional care for their 3-month-old baby boy. This position offers a unique long-term, job opportunity to support a loving family by ensuring their newborn receives the highest level of care soon after they are born with a competitive salary and compensation package. The role includes comprehensive infant care, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and working collaboratively with parents to establish routines and support the child’s development.

This is a fully staffed home. 

The ideal nanny is nurturing, experienced, and skilled in providing attentive care to newborns and infants. The candidate will bring professionalism, discretion, and a warm demeanor to the role. Nannies with 10 or more years of infant and toddler nanny experience are encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time care for the 3-month-old baby, including feeding, diaper changes, soothing, bathing, and monitoring.
  • Support overnight needs, including soothing the baby and putting them back to sleep.
  • Establish and maintain consistent sleep and feeding schedules for the baby.
  • Prepare and sanitize bottles, and later prepare meals as the baby transitions to solid food.
  • Ensure the nursery and baby items are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the baby at all times.
  • Monitor and support developmental milestones, incorporating age-appropriate activities as the baby grows.
  • Provide regular updates to parents regarding the baby’s activities, health, and progress.
  • Assist with laundry, linens, and light housekeeping duties related to the child.
