A loving and active family in Coconut Grove, Miami, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, Mother’s Helper Nanny to support the care of their three children, primarily focusing on their two youngest children (ages 10 months and 3 years old). The oldest child is in school full-time, largely self-sufficient and does not require focused care. This role involves working alongside the parents and other household staff. The family is hiring a nanny to cover their weekend schedule. They will give their new nanny full-time hours. 

The ideal nanny is easygoing, proactive, and has experience with fully staffed homes, maintaining professionalism in both private and public settings for family outings. Nannies with flexible schedules and 3-10 years of experience are encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care for the infant and toddler while supporting the older child as needed.
• Work collaboratively alongside parents and other household staff, engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences.
• Accompany the family on weekend outings and trips, supporting children’s engagement, safety, and care.
• Drive children to activities and events (vehicle provided) and assist with occasional family errands.
• Perform child-related household tasks such as tidying play areas, organizing children’s belongings, washing dishes, and general household organization. 
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
