Job Description
A busy, professional family is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and nurturing nanny to join their fully staffed home and be part of a team-oriented childcare environment. This role requires a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling. The family values clear communication and appreciates updates throughout the day via texts and photos.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in caring for infants, toddlers, and multiple children at once.
- Warm, engaging, and proactive in creating developmentally appropriate activities.
- Team player who works well with other household staff and caregivers.
- Comfortable with occasional schedule changes due to parents’ travel.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide loving and attentive care, including feeding, diapering, dressing, and naptime routines.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities to support child development.
- Communicate with parents and the other nanny to maintain consistency in routines and care.
- Ensure child safety at all times.
- Prepare light, nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
- Maintain tidiness and organization of children’s play and living areas.
