The Placement Fee
We start with the custom search with no obligation. With that, you will have a dedicated family coordinator who will coordinate the search, arrange your personal interviews and take you through the hiring process.
Upon hire, the placement fee is due. The placement fee is $6,995 for full-time (over 30 hours per week) and $6,495 for part-time (30 hours per week or less). The placement fee is due before the nanny begins work in the home.
For your assurance, this program includes a 90 day replacement policy. Please note the placement fees are per hire.

Hire a Short-term Nanny

If you need a nanny on a short-term basis then our Month-2-Month program is the best option. This service is for families who need a nanny for less than one year. Additionally, it is ideal for seasonal needs, travel, vacations, or school breaks. And, no matter who you hire, all nannies are fully screened in the same meticulous way.

The best part? There is no contract with the short-term service. You can renew it monthly or cancel and come back later.
The Month-to-Month Program is $595 per month, per nanny (4-hour minimum).
The following hourly rates are paid to the nannies directly: 1 child, $30/hr, 2 children $32.50/hr, 3 children $35/hr, 4 children $40/hr. If there are more than four children, please contact us for a custom quote.

Kensington Nanny’s babysitting referral service is for families living in or visiting South Florida that need a babysitter.

Our babysitting referral service provides loving care and lots of fun. We have experienced nannies for all ages – newborn and up. Our nannies can let you enjoy some well-deserved “me time.” And, of course, all nannies are fully screened.
The booking fee is $65 per diem per nanny. 24-hours notice is requested to ensure availability. Nannies have a 4-hour minimum. The rates below are paid directly to the nanny:
- 1 Child $30/hr
- 2 Children $32.50/hr
- 3 Children $35/hr
- 4 Children $40/hr
