Job Placement Manager, Women and Minority Specialization

Since joining the team in 2020, Elizabeth’s role has been to evaluate and implement guidelines and best practices to ensure that women and minorities receive equal opportunity, competitive pay, and fair treatment in the domestic workplace. Her work with the agency includes establishing working guidelines for placement as well as negotiating fair contract agreements with new employers. Her work has made a difference in 100’s of lives of women and children.

Diversity Advocate and Volunteer

Elizabeth’s compassion comes from growing up in a diverse family. She is a proud American who celebrates the wide diversity in her own family, which include Black, Hispanic, Jewish, Muslim and LGBTQ+ loved ones.

With her volunteer work at the Boca Raton Helping Hands food pantry, Elizabeth has served countless families and children. Elizabeth has established herself as a role model for the young men and women that volunteer at the pantry after school and on the weekends. Her work was recognized and awarded by the city of Boca Raton.

Dean's List Student

Elizabeth is dedicated to her studies. Currently she is a full-time student at the University of Miami. Her hard work and dedication has earned her Dean’s List every semester. At the end of the Spring semester 2023, she will have earned her BS/BA in Management, and a BS in Finance. She plans to attend graduate school in the Spring of 2024 to get her MBA and Juris Doctorate (Law) degree.

Horse Lover and Caregiver

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys the horse trails with her friends and family. Her Paso Fino Arabian mare is the talk of the barn with a shiny white coat and gliding gate.

She regularly cares for the other horses in the barn who need attention from previous neglect. She has a big heart. This is evident in, not only her work and school life, but in her personal life as well.
