Schedule Options
- Daytime Care — Typically 7am to 7pm, or similar.
- Overnight Care — Typically 7pm to 7am, or similar.
- 24-Hour Coverage — Teams of 2–3 NCSs rotating shifts.
Assignment Duration
Most families book a Newborn Care Specialist for 2 – 12+ weeks. For care beyond that, we recommend transitioning to one of our trained Infant Nannies for ongoing support.
Program Fee & Rates
Reservation Fee: $1,200 per NCS
One-time fee due at the time of booking.
Monthly Support Fee: $695 per month, per NCS
Billed monthly starting on your NCS start date.
Hourly Rate (paid directly to NCS)
Typically $40–$65/hour based on the NCS’s individual rate.
Minimums: NCSs typically work 8–12 hour shifts.
Booking Lead Time: Minimum 4 weeks prior to start date.
Holiday Rates: May vary.
