Who we look for
- Candidates with experience in professional nannying, a child-related degree or certification, newborn care specialist training, or experience supporting children with special needs or autism.
- Candidates who see themselves as a mentor, educator, and role model
- Candidates that understand development milestones and willing to follow a daily schedule
- Candidates that can commit to a long-term nanny job, or interested in short-term assignments
- Candidates who are CPR & First Aid certified (prior to starting) and drug-free
We're especially interested if you have:
- Nanny certification
- Early childhood education (CDA or above)
- Newborn care certification
- Tutoring or teaching experience
- Household management skills
All candidates must meet the minimum requirements:
- Be authorized to work in the United States

- Have a clean background and driving report
- Be a non-smoker
- Be a confident swimmer
- Have reliable transportation
