Job Description

A loving and energetic family is seeking a professional full-time ROTA nanny to care for their active and playful 5-year-old in a fully staffed home. The schedule is rotational, with 7 days on and 7 days off, requiring the nanny to stay overnight during their working days. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a screen-free, engaging environment that encourages outdoor play, creativity, and socialization. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive household with a collaborative family who values initiative and proactive care.

The ideal nanny is energetic, playful, and highly organized, with the ability to take the lead in planning enriching activities and outings. They should be experienced in child development and confident in managing the child’s schedule. Spanish or Portuguese-speaking is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for the 5-year-old throughout the day, including snacks/meals, hygiene, and maintaining a schedule. 
• Plan and engage in screen-free, creative, and outdoor activities such as beach outings, swimming, and playdates.
• Coordinate and schedule playdates, events, and activities to support the child’s social and emotional growth.
• Manage all child-related items, including clothing, toys, supplies, and cleanliness.
• Drive the child to and from activities and outings. (Vehicle provided) 
• Go on occasional outings with the family to local activities or travel within Florida such as Orlando or Miami for short trips.
