A warm and loving family in Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated and responsible Part-time Nanny to care for their active 8-year-old twins. The role involves providing after-school care on weekdays, engaging the children in enriching activities on weekends, and ensuring a smooth routine during occasional overnight stays. This position requires a nanny who can seamlessly blend nurturing care with the ability to manage a busy schedule, including taking the twins to their various extracurricular activities, overseeing their homework, and keeping them entertained and safe.

The ideal nanny is energetic, organized, and experienced in caring for school-aged children. She should be reliable and proactive, capable of creating a fun, structured, and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

During Weekdays:

• Pick up the twins from school and drive them to after-school activities (vehicle provided if needed).
• Supervise and assist with homework, and prepare backpacks for the next day.
• Prepare and serve snacks and dinner for the children.
• Child-related tasks such as assisting with the children’s laundry, making sure they clean their rooms, and organizing the children’s play areas.

Weekends:

• Plan and take the children to fun and engaging activities, such as trips to The Breakers for beach time, arcade games, and mini-golf.
• Organize and supervise playdates with other children.

Overnights:

• Oversee the home when parents are out of town, including caring for pets and managing household tasks like collecting mail and packages.
• Ensure the children stick to their schedule or enjoy enriching and fun weekends.
