Job Description
A loving, busy family is seeking an experienced and nurturing Part-time Nanny to care for their 2.5-year-old. Their child is a happy, curious, and talkative toddler with a love for imaginative play, reading, building, and creative activities. The nanny’s role will be to provide attentive, playful, and educational care while supporting the child’s growth and development in a warm, clean, and organized environment.
The ideal nanny is warm, patient, and experienced with toddlers. They should be energetic, attentive, and skilled at navigating toddler emotions with calmness. Nannies with 3-10 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care for the toddler including meals, naps, and activities, maintaining the schedule.
- Foster learning through reading, crafts, pretend play, and building toys. Encouraging early learning of letters, vocabulary, and pre-preschool skills.
- Prepare and serve child’s meals and snacks; clean up afterward.
- Tidy play areas and organize toys and activity materials. Wash, fold, and organize the child’s laundry as needed.
- Collaborate with parents for smooth daily routines and communication. (Both parents work from home.)
