Schedule
✅ Primary Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional date nights on Fridays or Saturdays.
✅ Alternative Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (or later as needed)
- Occasional evening shifts as required
- Flexible to work 40–45 hours per week
🔄 Flexibility Required: The schedule may alternate based on the family’s needs, and the candidate must be willing to adapt accordingly.
⏳ Note: If the candidate prefers to focus solely on childcare and not take on family-related housekeeping responsibilities, the total weekly hours will be reduced accordingly.
Job Description
A warm and structured family is seeking a full-time Nanny/Housekeeper to provide essential childcare and household support as a mother’s helper. This role involves a blend of nurturing childcare, light housekeeping, and home organization to ensure a smooth daily routine.
In the mornings, the nanny will primarily care for one child while the mother takes the other to activities/preschool. The children nap for 1.5 to 2 hours in the afternoon.
The family values a calm, structured, and loving approach that fosters kindness, manners, and positive reinforcement in their children.

Key Responsibilities:
Childcare:
- Provide attentive and loving care to the children, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Engage the children in play, learning activities, and structured routines.
- Support the active, involved mom with the day-to-day routine, with the nanny primarily caring for one child in the mornings while the mother attends to the other’s activities.
- Reinforce positive behaviors, manners, and the family’s calm, structured approach.
Light Housekeeping:
- Perform daily family laundry. Note: If housekeeping is not desired, the family is willing to adjust and reduce the working hours accordingly.
- Clean up after the children making sure the floors, counters, playroom, bedroom, bathrooms are clean and sanitary.
- Vacuum play areas and children’s rooms
- Dishes/removing trash if full
Additional Duties:
- Assist with light meal preparation as needed.
