Job Description

A busy family is seeking a full-time Family Assistant Nanny to join their team and provide support other staff in running the household and caring for four children, ages 6, 8, 9, and 10. The family is in need of a dedicated nanny that can be proactive to assist the family now that the children are all in different afterschool programs and have various appointments.

This is a fully staffed home. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and able to work independently to complete job duties. If you have a natural instinct to organize and step in where needed, you would be the perfect fit for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist other nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care to the children, supporting them with their daily routines, activities, and evening routines.
• Pick children up from school and take to their afterschool activities. (Vehicle provided) The children go to different schools so this tasks is shared with other nanny and mom.
• Help prepare meals and snacks for the children. 
• Perform light housekeeping such as organizing the children’s rooms and clothes, tidying common areas, going through children’s items that they have outgrown, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day. (Family has housekeepers for deep cleaning.)
• Work as a family assistant for household items, repairs, and grocery shopping or errands.
