A loving family is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time nanny to care for their two young children, ages 4 months and 17 months. Both children are home full-time, and the nanny will play a key role in supporting their growth and development. The family follows a “lead by example” approach to parenting, modeling positive behavior for their children. The nanny should create a nurturing, joyful, and engaging environment while managing their daily routines and household tasks related to the children.

The ideal nanny is mature, experienced, and exhibits a kind, gentle, and loving demeanor. They should be happy, playful, and considerate with the children, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for a 4-month-old infant and 17-month-old toddler, supporting developmental milestones through play, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain consistent meal, nap, and hygiene routines for both children, adapting as they grow.
• Plan and lead engaging activities, playtime, and reading sessions to promote development and engagement. (The children are screen-free and do not use devices.)
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, especially during walks, occasional outings, and visits to the playground.
• Perform child-related household tasks, including preparing meals and snacks for the children, organizing play their areas, tidying children’s spaces, and managing children’s laundry.
