Job Description
A busy family is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and proactive full-time nanny to join their household. This role involves providing exceptional, attentive care for the children from morning wake-up to bedtime, ensuring a stable and enriching environment for growth and development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the family, taking a leading role in the children’s routine, driving them to various activities and outings, and fostering a positive environment that supports their emotional, social, and educational milestones. This role includes travel with the family, and a vehicle will be provided for all nanny-related duties.
The perfect nanny for this role is warm, reliable, and adaptable, with a calm demeanor and the ability to “read the room,” anticipating and responding to the family’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated care for the children from wake-up to bedtime, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness throughout the day.
- Create and maintain a structured routine, focusing on developmental milestones, educational activities, and enrichment.
- Drive the children to and from activities, outings, and appointments using the family-provided vehicle.
- Implement and reinforce positive behavior practices, praise good behavior, and set clear, respectful boundaries with the children.
- Support the children’s emotional needs, helping them feel safe, seen, soothed, and supported.
