Job Description
A caring family is hiring a full-time nanny to care for their 5-month-old baby. There is also a 7-year-old that is present 2 days per week (his parents have shared custody). This role involves caring for the baby, such as feeding, sanitizing bottles and toys, tidying up the nursery and child’s spaces, going for walks, and promoting development. On the days the 7-year-old is present, the nanny will care for him, take him to activities, prepare his snacks and meals, and keep him entertained.
Both parents work from home.
The ideal candidate is a punctual, active, playful, professional, and reliable. Spanish language is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Change diapers, sanitize bottles, maintain nap schedule, etc.
- Promote development and developmental milestones.
- Perform light housekeeping such as dishes, baby’s laundry, toy organization, and sanitizing children’s areas.
- Go for walks, spend time outside, etc.
- Play sports and activities with the older child. Drive him to and from extracurricular activities. Prepare snacks and meals.
- Accompany the family on outings.
