Job Description
A loving and active family is seeking a full-time professional nanny to care for their twin infants, currently 4 months old. This role is ideal for a warm, experienced caregiver who thrives on creating engaging, developmentally appropriate routines and outings for little ones. The family values a nurturing, stimulating environment and is looking for someone who can confidently manage the care of two infants while keeping them on a schedule and exploring the world around them through fun and enriching experiences. A vehicle is provided for transporting the children to various activities as they grow.
The ideal nanny is calm and confident with babies and toddlers, has twin experience, and brings a creative and adventurous spirit to each day. They are organized, loving, knowledgeable about early childhood development, and enthusiastic about planning stimulating outings and play.
Duties:
- Provide full-time care for twin infants, including feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines.
- Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities and outings to support milestones.
- Drive children to classes, library visits, museums, playdates, and local attractions (vehicle provided).
- Maintain a consistent schedule and daily structure for the twins.
- Create weekly activity plans to keep the children engaged, curious, and socially stimulated.
- Take the children on daily walks and outdoor adventures, weather permitting.
- Keep track of developmental progress and adjust activities accordingly.
- Maintain a tidy, organized environment for the children’s play and rest.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in caregiving approaches and routines.
