Job Requirements

To be considered for Kensington jobs, you must meet the following requirements.

At least 21 years of age
Have recently worked in a private residence for a minimum of three (3) years (or have an 'Advanced Childcare Program' certification from the US Nanny Institute)
Authorized to work in the United States
Basic English (speak, read & write)
Drug-free
No criminal record
Excellent driving record
Able to swim
Have a reliable car
CPR & First Aid Certified (prior to beginning work in the home)
Have a stable work history
