Job Description

A loving and structured family is seeking a dedicated and energetic full-time nanny to provide attentive care for their three active boys. This role requires a proactive and engaged individual who thrives in a structured environment where routines are key to supporting the children’s well-being. The nanny will play a vital role in maintaining the children’s daily schedule, fostering active play, and assisting with bath and bedtime routines. Parents are present during the evenings to provide support as needed, creating a collaborative and team-oriented approach to childcare.

The ideal nanny is active, organized, and dependable, with a natural ability to maintain routines while encouraging playful engagement. Experience with children with ADHD is preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for all three boys, ensuring they follow the family’s established routine.
• Safely transport children to and from school using a family-provided vehicle.
• Engage the children in active play to help them release energy before winding down for the evening.
• Assist with bath and bedtime routines, working collaboratively with parents who are present to support as needed.
• Complete child-related household tasks, including tidying play areas, organizing toys, and cleaning up after activities.
• Assist with dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen and living space as it relates to the children’s care.
