Pay Rate
$68,000-72,000 annually on payroll, plus paid time off, health insurance, overtime pay, and holidays.
This is paid like a typical full-time salary, paid biweekly.

Job Description
A dynamic and active family and stay-at-home mom is seeking a full-time ROTA (rotational) Nanny to help care for their 3 children, ages 1, 3, and 4. This position involves alternating weekly shifts, working one week on and one week off, rotating with the other nanny. The family is looking for a nurturing and proactive individual to join them as a partner in raising their children.
The ideal nanny is energetic, active, and experienced with toddlers. She will be fun and creative, and can plan engaging activities for the children. Flexibility and a willingness to travel with the family on occasional trips are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside stay-at-home-mom to provide attentive care for the children, establishing routines and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities.
- Engage the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Support developmental milestones, including sensory play and early learning.
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children, ensuring balanced nutrition.
- Assist Mom in managing the children’s daily routines, including naptimes, feeding schedules, potty training, and bath times.
- Facilitate educational and creative play, such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and physical activities, and taking the children on outings to the park and local activities.
- Perform light housekeeping related to the children and helping with dishes, laundry, and tidying up especially during naps times.
