Job Description

A loving and experienced full-time nanny is needed to provide attentive care for 3-month-old twin infants during the day and assist with the care of their 3-year-old sibling after school. The position requires a highly professional nanny who can take full charge of the children’s care while both parents work. The role includes tracking developmental milestones, engaging the children in fun and educational activities, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. The family values a proactive and dependable caregiver who can coordinate additional coverage when necessary.

The ideal nanny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers. The right candidate is nurturing, organized, and confident in managing multiple children’s needs.

Previous experience with twins and working within a staffed home is preferred but not required.

Duties:

• Provide full-time care for 3-month-old twins, ensuring a loving, structured, and engaging environment. 
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and milestone development.
• Monitor developmental progress, particularly given the twins’ premature birth, and maintain a nanny log to communicate updates with parents.
• Assist with after-school care for the 3-year-old, including school pickup and afternoon activities.
• Take charge of all child-related housekeeping, including children’s laundry, bottle washing, and maintaining clean and organized play and sleep areas.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
