With four children in school until the afternoon and the two youngest at home, this role focuses on child-related care, transportation, and household support to help keep everything running smoothly. Both parents work from home and need an extra set of hands, especially as the older children become more involved in extracurricular activities.

The family employs a housekeeping and laundry service, allowing the Mother’s Helper to focus primarily on the children and their needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Playful, active, and nurturing – enjoys engaging with children in a fun and creative way.
• Experienced in childcare – at least 3 years of experience or currently pursuing a degree in early childhood education, psychology, or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable and organized – can manage schedules and transitions smoothly.
• Comfortable driving – able to assist with transportation to/from school and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist parents with daily care and supervision of six children, including feeding, naps, potty training, and playtime for the two youngest at home.
• Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments.
• Create a structured, engaging environment by assisting with routines, organizing play areas, and encouraging children to clean up after activities.
• Prepare children’s snacks and meals, and clean up the kitchen after their meals.
• Provide an extra set of hands to ensure smooth transitions between school, activities, and home life.
