Job Description

A loving and busy family is seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Mother’s Helper Nanny to assist a work-from-home mom with the care of four children, ages 9, 5, 3, and a newborn. With the arrival of their fourth child, the family needs an extra set of hands to ensure that all children receive the attention and care they deserve. The two older children are in school full-time, while the two younger ones will require attentive care at home.

The ideal candidate is proactive, Spanish-speaking, and knowledgeable of developmental activities for toddlers and infants. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care to the children, ensuring they are engaged in age-appropriate, stimulating activities both indoors and outdoors.
• Support the daily routines, including feeding, napping, and milestone development for the younger children, while assisting with after-school routines for the older children.
• Assist Mom with meal and snack preparation, light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying), and running errands to maintain a well-organized home.
• Be a flexible and proactive helper, ready to step in wherever needed, including driving the children to and from activities.
• Build strong bonds with the children, making their safety and happiness a priority, and be comfortable supervising them in the pool. Foster a positive and active environment, encouraging outdoor play and creative activities.
