Job Description

An athletic high-profile family in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a nurturing, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) nanny to care for their 13-month-old son. They are seeking an active nanny who has experience with busy toddler. A fun-filled play-based learning approach to care is necessary.

Ideal Nanny:

• Educator & Engaging: Someone who loves to teach through play and daily experiences.

• Active & Energetic: The family is very active and wants a nanny who is hands-on, not one who relies on screen time.

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred): The family wants their toddler to learn Spanish naturally through interaction.

• Loving & Nurturing: A warm and affectionate nanny who genuinely enjoys toddler development.

• Flexible & Reliable: The schedule may shift occasionally due to travel, filming, or weekend needs.

Schedule & Expectations:

• Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (flexibility required)

• One weekday off each week (family will tell you which day you have off in advance)

• Occasional weekend flexibility

• Travel: 1-3 days domestic travel throughout the year

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30–40 per hour, on payroll 

• Paid time off and holidays
