Weekend Nanny Job in Palm Beach, #2325

Job Description

A warm and active family is seeking a Spanish-speaking Weekend Nanny to assist with the care of their three children (ages 5, 4, and 2), with a new baby arriving soon. This role is ideal for a nurturing, proactive, and organized nanny who enjoys working alongside parents while ensuring a smooth and fun-filled weekend routine. The family loves to go on outings and would like the nanny to accompany them for additional support. While the primary focus is childcare, household assistance is also needed when the children are occupied. The family travels to Nantucket from late June to late August and would love for the nanny to join them. 

The ideal nanny is fluent in Spanish, experienced in caring for multiple children, and comfortable working in a home where parents are present. Huge bonus if you can travel! (Travel is not required.) Candidates with 3-5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. 

Please note: As the family navigates food allergies and immune sensitivities, the nanny must be up to date on the TDAP vaccine. 

Responsibilities:

• Engage the children in age-appropriate play, crafts, and educational activities.
• Supervise and assist with meals, ensuring allergy-safe practices.
• Support parents on family outings and assist with child-related logistics.
• Assist with infant care when the baby arrives, including soothing, diapering, and bottle prep.
• Tidy common areas, clean up after meals, and assist with dat-to-day tasks such as dishes and laundry. (Deep cleaning is not required, the family has a housekeeper.)
• Organize play areas, children’s rooms, and other shared spaces.
