Job Description
A loving and active family, who recently welcomed their first baby, is seeking an experienced, mature, and nurturing part-time nanny. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of infant care and development. The ideal candidate will not only provide exceptional care for their newborn but also offer valuable guidance to first-time parents as they navigate the joys and challenges of caring for their little one as she grows.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for the newborn, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities that promote sensory and cognitive development.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, ensuring all infant-related equipment and areas are clean and secure.
- Prepare and sterilize bottles, assist with feeding, and later, introduce solid foods as appropriate.
