The Right Nanny for the Right Role

Not every family needs the same type of nanny, and not every nanny thrives in every type of role. That’s why our nanny placement process goes beyond availability. We tailor each match based on your family’s care priorities and home structure.

When you complete our Family Application, we ask about your priorities: Is your ideal nanny fully focused on your child’s development? Or would you prefer someone who also manages household tasks?

Your answers help us build a job description, and a nanny profile that reflects exactly what you need from a professional nanny.

Here Are the Primary Care Styles We Place:

  • Child-Focused Nanny

A developmentally focused nanny who prioritizes milestone tracking, purposeful play, and structured routines. Housekeeping is limited to child-related tasks only (e.g. dishes, laundry, tidying play areas).

  • Split-Focus Nanny

Balanced care: combines meaningful child engagement with light household duties (e.g. family laundry, meal prep, dishwasher, errands).

  • Household Support Nanny

Mostly focused on household upkeep while still providing attentive supervision of children (ideal for older kids or independent young children). Duties may include laundry, errands, meal prep, organization, and overall household management.

  • Afternoon Nanny with Homework Help

Also known as an after-school nanny, this role is great for school-age children. Focuses on school pickup, snack prep, homework assistance, and light tidying before dinner or evening transitions.

  • Supervisory Household Nanny (Ages 10+)

Primarily a home manager who provides supervision during after-school hours while maintaining a clean, organized household. Designed for older children who are mostly independent.

  • Other / Custom Care

Have a unique schedule or special requirement? We’ll design a custom care plan that reflects your lifestyle and your child’s needs.
