Job Description

A busy professional family in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Full-time Nanny to provide loving, structured, and engaging care for their 1-year-old twins. Both parents work remotely from home and value a nurturing environment that supports their children’s growth and development. The family is looking for a mature, experienced nanny with a background in infant and toddler care.

The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and skilled in fostering developmental milestones. They should also be comfortable with sticking to a schedule/routine, encouraging socialization, and working independently while the parent’s work. Previous experience with twins is preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing and attentive care for 1-year-old twins, following a consistent daily schedule for naps, meals, and playtime.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to encourage development, monitoring the children’s growth and milestones, adapting activities as needed.
• Set up playdates and socialization opportunities.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children and clean up kitchen after children’s meals.
• Manage children’s laundry and maintain organization of their play areas and bedroom. Keep the children’s spaces clean and tidy, sanitizing toys and surfaces routinely and as needed.
