Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 1-2pm to 8-9pm
- Hours to possibly change when mom goes back to work, need flexibility to work 9am-5pm or 2pm-9pm.
- Occasional overnights, weekends, and date nights may be requested
- 40-50 hours per week (Nanny will not be asked to work 6 or 7 days per week each week, you will have restful time off.)
- Travel Required: In the future, the family would like their nanny to go with them on vacation, domestic and international.
Job Description
A loving and professional full-time nanny is needed to provide exceptional care for an 8-week-old infant. This Miami-based position requires someone well-versed in infant care, with a proactive approach to supporting the baby’s development through milestone-focused activities. The role includes occasional outings with the family and being flexible to work different hours and days as needed for this busy working, professional family.
The ideal candidate is mature, highly experienced in infant and toddler care, and possesses a strong understanding of developmental milestones. They are proactive, flexible, and committed to creating an enriching environment for baby. Spanish-speaking is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provides attentive, full-time care for their baby boy, focusing on safety, well-being, and milestone achievement.
- Engages in age-appropriate activities to encourage social, cognitive, and emotional development as he grows.
- Accompanies the family on outings when needed.
- Assists with light household tasks, including dishes, assisting with laundry, and general tidying during naptime when mom goes back to work.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby, including sanitizing bottles, cleaning play areas, emptying diaper bin, and doing baby’s laundry.
